About Coloured Static

We all hear the noise. We just don’t all experience it the same way.

Coloured Static is a reflective podcast and media brand about the thoughts, pressures and experiences that shape everyday life. Mental health, neurodivergence, work, relationships, identity, confidence, reinvention and the questions that tend to surface when the world finally gets quiet.

The aim is not to pretend there is a perfect answer to everything. It is to make a little room for perspective, honesty and conversations that are easier to have when nobody is performing.

Coloured Static grew from a simple idea: there should be somewhere to talk honestly about life without pretending to have a perfect answer for it. Andy brings his own experience, perspective and occasional dry humour to the conversation, but the show is not built around being a guru. It is about thinking things through together.
